The EU has deleted the listing of 1 person and amended the listings of 12 others on Regulation 881/2002. The changes have been made to implement changes made by the UN Security Council's Sanctions Committee in December. The deleted listing was for Rafik Mohamad Yousef, an Iraqi who is currently imprisoned in Germany.
