On 7 February 2015, the European Union published a notice stating its intention to maintain restrictive measures against four individuals, targeted in view of the situation in Ukraine.  It also announced that it would seek to amend the statement of reasons given for each person.

The people concerned are Ms Olena Leonidivna Lukash, Mr Viktor Ivanovych Ratushniak, Mr Dmytro Volodymyrovych Tabachnyk, and Ms Raisa Vasylivna Bohatyriova.  The current statement of reasons given for each is that they are a "Person subject to investigation in Ukraine for involvement in crimes in connection with the embezzlement of Ukrainian State funds and their illegal transfer outside Ukraine".

A full list of sanctions currently in force against Ukraine can be found in the "sanctions in force" section of this blog.
